Question 1

Can you find a tile that matches my broken or old tile?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use "Find my tile" to upload a photo and see the closest matches from our collection. Because colour shade and size can vary between production batches and some old designs are discontinued, we always confirm the match with you on WhatsApp or at the showroom. Bringing a broken piece to the shop gives the most reliable match.

Question 2

I only need a few tiles. Do you sell small quantities?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many of our customers are replacing a few broken tiles or tiling one room. Tell us how many boxes or pieces you need and we will confirm availability and the price.

Question 3

How many tiles do I need for my room?

Accepted Answer

Use our tile calculator: enter the room length and width, pick the tile size and we add 8 to 10 percent for cutting and breakage. Buy all boxes in one go so they come from the same batch.

Question 4

Why does a new tile look slightly different from my old one?

Accepted Answer

Tiles are produced in batches called shades or lots, and floors fade and wear over the years. Even the same design can look a little different. We help you pick the closest option and, where possible, show you the tile in person before you buy.

Question 5

Which tiles are best for the kitchen, bathroom and pooja room?

Accepted Answer

Kitchens suit stain-resistant glossy or satin wall tiles with matte floor tiles. Bathroom floors should be anti-skid. Pooja rooms usually use soft, light designs. Our team can recommend options for your space.

Question 6

What are digital, elevation and vitrified tiles?

Accepted Answer

Vitrified tiles are dense, low-porosity floor tiles. Digital tiles carry high-definition printed designs, mostly for walls. Elevation tiles are weather-resistant tiles for exterior walls and outdoor areas.

Question 7

Do you deliver, and to which areas?

Accepted Answer

We serve Noombal, Maduravoyal, Porur, Vanagaram, Ambattur, Koyambedu, Valasaravakkam and across Chennai. Delivery depends on quantity and location, so ask us when you enquire.

Question 8

Do I need to visit the showroom?

Accepted Answer

You can browse online and send an enquiry, but we recommend seeing the tile in daylight before buying. Our showroom is at 31, Noombal Road, Noombal, Chennai.
